What to bring:-
- a completed IELTS Test Application Form (Application forms are also available at the centre.)
- a completed GST Declartion Form
- a current passport
- two recent passport-sized photos (less than six months old).
- Money Order or Bank Cheque for the test fees payable to “Deakin University”. Payments can also be made by EFTPOS and Credit Card. Cash, Personal Cheques or American Express are not accepted.
